Inside the store, a custom-made display case holds freshly prepared mini kimbap, making it easy and fun to pick out your favorites at a glance!

What makes our kimbap especially delicious is the special rice we use. While we can't reveal all the details, our R&D team spent a long time developing this rice, which we’ve given the fancy name "Yucho Special Rice".

This rice is flavored with a variety of sauces, seasonings, and a hint of smoky aroma. It’s carefully crafted not to overpower the taste of the other ingredients, but to harmonize with the 11 different main fillings in the kimbap.

Thanks to that, no matter which kimbap you choose, you'll be able to enjoy the unique flavor of each ingredient!
